Alright, I'm a geek and I can admit it.  I love sci-fi and comic books and such but I also know the line between reality and fiction.  Apparently not everyone does.  The new survey by Birmingham Science City revealed that several Brits don't both hands on the steering wheel of reality.  Check it out...

• More than a fifth of adults believe light sabers exist.
• Almost 25 percent of people believe humans can be teleported.
• Nearly 50 percent of adults believe that memory-erasing technology exists.
• More than 40 percent believe that hover boards exist.
• Almost one-fifth of adults believe they can see gravity.

well, being somewhat of a star wars geek, i hear alot of things. there are people that actually use the jedi alphabet as well as the language..lol..things like that doesnt make me feel too geeky..lol

That's messed up, Chad!  I can see where the continuous laser would be a bit of a problem.  lol

there was actually a guy that tried to build a lightsabre! the guy spent over 1 million dollars in research to try to figure out how to build one. as i recall, he could not figure out how to stop the laser from going on and on. there was no way to contain it.
