As we talked about this morning on The G101-3 Morning Show here are a few hints on eating thin.
• Eat breakfast, it will speed up your metabolism for the rest of the day.
• Avoid gassy foods such as broccoli, onions, beans and cabbage. They can lead to bloating.
• Eat spicy foods. Studies show eating hot foods can actually burn calories.
• Skip the soda. It's got sugar AND carbs. Even diet soda can add to bloating.
• Avoid processed foods like deli meats and hot dogs. They're loaded with salt and preservatives.
• Eat small meals all day. The trick is to avoid feeling really hungry.
Apple slices and low-fat cheese, or celery sticks and peanut butter can
help fill the void.
• When you go for bread or pasta, go whole-grain instead of white flour. You'll save big time in sugars and carbs.
