A Great All-American (Highest Divorce Rate) City
A recent poll shows that Wayne County Indiana has the highest divorce rate in America, proving once again that our "All-American City" has more problems than just one of the highest high school drop-out rates in the country (RHS being dubbed a "Drop-Out Factory by a Johns Hopkins study).
