Uff, that situation is devastating. It reminds me of the Russian winter situation once I had. Actually, I'd met a russian girlfriend, we'd been dating for some time so I decided to visit her, that was big trouble with visa. So, my girlfriend and I were driving through the highway, and just by coming close to the city, the car's wheels twisted and we appeared in the snow outside of the road. We tried to go to Chicago about 1:00 Friday and we spun out on 70 when I hit my brakes there were 2 accidents a head of us and a total of 10 from mile marker 145 to New Castle exit where we go off anf took 40 home. I was so shaken that when I got control back of the car we got off and I started to cry and shake. All I could think about was my 16 year old daughter and that I didn't want to hurt her or worse. She called her Dad and told him we were not coming in and he said just drive a little further and maybe the weather would be fine. We said NO HELL NO.
