Wayne County Challenge

Last years Fireworks 5k was my first race that I actually ran in. Ive done alot of walks but this was my first run. Last year I started the C25K program and got through week 5. This year I'm restarting it and trying to get back into shape for running again after an injury.

I was surprised when I found a website that listed the local 5ks. I didnt even know about some of them. I invite everyone to check it out.

the cycle of life....and on we go...

so here it is july 20th and i am still trying really hard to replace my car with the bicycle....it has been a while since my last post (it has been SUPER busy here at the radio station) and finally the dust is settling after freedom jam and the fireworks 5K....
