Whitewater Valley Fitness Festival

Whitewater Valley Fitness Festival represents an unprecedented integration of events, activities and promotion in a Midwest community of this size.

The activity and atmosphere of WVFF will create a stage that showcases area resources for
both recreational and competitive fitness. Events will provide goals for beginners, exciting
venues for experienced athletes, examples for youth, and entertainment for supporters and
spectators alike. The festival also encourages a general examination of healthy lifestyle
choices and exposes the depth of local resources for wellness and fitness education,
recreation, nutrition, competition, support systems, equipment and more.
