As far as I know all you need is to find some trusted resource, and that`s it. Well, I can recommend using live snooker betting which is a good way to make money. You see, I have been playing for a year or so already and should admit that it works pretty well for me. So, simply give it a try.

If I understand your question properly, you want a website that quotes odds, records and scores bets, but you will be accepting the bets yourself and settling up in person.
