Streaming the Auction and Other Questions

Thank you for taking advantage of the huge deals in Radio Auction 2013! There have been several questions about this year's Auction so we thought we would address them.

Why aren't you streaming the Radio Auction?
If you were to listen to G101-3 on the radio and online simultaneously you would notice about a 1-2 second delay between what you hear on the air and online. Radio Auction 2013 is moving at a break-neck pace. We're moving around 40+ items per hour! At that speed if you were listening online there would be no way for you to participate. We would have sold the item you were interested in by the time you called in. Therefore the only way to play along with Radio Auction is to listen to the radio. It also gives those people that don't care for Radio Auction (believe it or not there are a few) to still listen to the hits on g1013.com.

When can I pick up the items I bought in Radio Auction?
The pick up times are...
Monday & Friday: 9a-6p
Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday: 9a-5p

If I buy something but change my mind later can I just get my other items?

No. Radio Auction is just like a regular auction. If you purchase 5 items but decide against 1 when you come to item pick up then you forfeit all of them. No exceptions.

Do I need a credit card to purchase items in Radio Auction?

No. You don't have to pay for the items at the time of purchase. You only have to pay when you pick them up. We accept cash, check or credit cards.
