We must have Grinches and Scrooges working for Richmond Utilities because I just had to go and pick up the pieces of what's left of our garbage rosy from the yard. The hinges are broke and there is a hole in the lid. It's like people don't care for other people's stuff anymore. It's a wonder why these people have these kinds of jobs! And it's almost Christmas for gosh darn sakes!
