I work out atleast 3-4 times a week but have aiming to do everyday, but last week I did 5 times. workout for about an hour!

yes, they have ellipticals, and all the weight lifting stuff including machines for resistance, and great classes like Zumba which is popular.

hey kyle...i am a big fan of medfit....i like the 24/7 concept so i can go whenever i want...i also like the staff there a lot....and they keep their equipment in good shape (plus it is very clean)....

it's a great place to work out. Never crowded. the only time it was crowded was at the beginning of the year for the new year resolutions. sometimes it's crowded at 5 when people get off work. Lots of treadmills so no worries ever anyway. And it's pay by the month so no contracts which is great!
