Some of the language on food labels can be deceiving. So you need to know what it REALLY means. For example:
• Natural. The USDA says to use the word “natural” the product must
contain no artificial ingredients. But sugar is natural, fat is natural
– in fact cyanide is all natural, but you probably wouldn’t want to eat
it. Just because something is natural doesn't mean it's good for you.
• Multi-grain. It doesn’t mean the same thing as “whole grain.” In fact
multi-grain doesn’t really mean anything. The food could have a little
grain or a lot of grain – but it doesn’t have whole grain in it or it
would’ve said so. Best to go for whole-grain.
• Organic. It sounds healthy, but organic sugar has the same amount of
calories as regular sugar. Organic refers to how the food was raised on
the farm – not how healthy it is to eat. There are organic toaster
pastries – but they are no healthier than the regular kind.
• 100% fruit juice. Sure it’s 100% juice – but not necessarily the kind
of juice you think. Many juices contain grape juice as a sweetener. So
your pineapple juice – may be 100% juice – but not 100% pineapple
juice. Some of it could be grape juice – so read the label.
Words like healthy and wholesome have no meaning. Anyone can call
anything healthy or wholesome. And remember there is no fruit in Fruit
Loops.

Hello everybody! I found an excellent remedy that will help to cope with many ailments that can happen to your health and recently I decided to try CBD capsules because I heard a lot of positive feedback and that's what helped me and allowed me to return to a stable emotional state. I wish you good luck!
I think this is a problem of unscrupulous companies. Usually reliable companies don't allow themselves such oversights and mistakes. I can say that when it comes to coffee. I have had cases when the manufacturer wrote inaccurate information, but now I buy capsules on this site, click here to find out more info. I think this is a really great coffee.
Well, lately I often come across inaccurate information that is written on packages. I think this is wrong because sometimes it confuses me.
