I want/need to lose weight. What is the best way to do this? Can a vegan diet help me?

A vegan diet can definitely help with weight loss! Focus on whole foods like fruits, veggies, legumes, and grains. Combine it with regular exercise and portion control for best results.

Type 2 diabetic here.
When I was diagnosed, I did a great job to lose weight and manage the condition. I should say, intermittent fasting works well for me (I also buy wegovy online which helps me with my weight loss). As for diets, not all of them are recommended for people with diabetes, but a vegan diet is considered to be good for you. I didn't try it myself, though.
