Hey Dave thanks for the boost at the end of Firefighters 5k. You passed me right at the end and that helped me not slow down. I have lost 125 pounds and quite smoking and its cool to be actually competitive with other runners. Stay cool keep it up.

I can't use the "shout box"..it says my IP address has been banned! Has my split personality come on and done something bad, because I haven't been on here in ages..lol! I was just wanting to know if I could request a song for my nursing class, we're getting pinned tonight and would love to hear "Time of your life" by Greenday (yes..cliche, but still!)
