Trousers. The trousers must match the color of the uniform being worn. For instance, khaki trousers must be worn with khaki shirts and uniforms. White trousers are worn with white shirts. The only exception is E-6 or lower enlisted ranks which wear blue/black trousers with the khaki-colored shirt.
