Does anyone know of any good courses or training programs for developing creativity and creative skills in the UK? I'm looking to improve my creative thinking abilities for my work. Recommendations would be much appreciated.

I can't say for certain, but I've heard there's an online school called Elvtr that offers courses on becoming a creative director. You could check out their website at https://uk.elvtr.com/course/become-a-creative-director and look into the details of what they offer in terms of creative training courses. From what I understand, their program covers developing creative concepts and directing creative projects, but you'd have to review the information on their site to get the full scope. Hopefully that points you in a potentially useful direction, even if I can't personally vouch for their courses.
