wisdom teeth

We had a friend that spent their fall break recovering from wisdom teeth removal. No fun! Hopefully, their Dental Insurance Plans covered most everything. Travel Medical Insurance is a way to get this sort of thing covered when you are traveling. You may or may not need it depending on what sort of trip you are taking. If you are staying in the states, your primary insurance should pick it all up.
Wisdom teeth removal also seems more common in teens. Have any of you had to have them removed as adults? I wonder why this seems to be the case?
