Spring 2010 Rec+ & Travel Teams

Age eligible players are

*Boys born between8/1/94 and 7/31/97

*Girls born between 8/1/98 and 7/31/00.

Recreational Plus

ECIYLS teams are from east central Indiana (Hagerstown, Centerville, New Castle, etc.).

This league has only one division, involves minimal travel (typically within about 30 miles of the Richmond area) and is generally less competitive than CIYSL.

This is a great place for a player who is ready to move beyond recreational soccer. Registration is open until teams are full.

Teams are generally boys or girls but CAN be coed. Rec+ teams practice on average 2 tim

es per week.

Travel

CIYLS and GIRLS teams may travel anywhere in the central Indiana area and have divisions ranging from extremely competitive to moderately competitive.

Teams are registered in the division that best suits the ability of the current teams. Travel teams are selected on a tryout basis once or twice/year.

This spring the Richmond High School coaches will be working with our travel teams. Players can expect to practice 3 times per week.

Generally, both teams play a total of 10 games on Saturdays and Sundays with half of the games played on our home fields.

Practice schedules for both divisions are left to the coach’s discretion. Each player and parent will be required to sign a Code of Conduct prior to playing.

Additionally, players are required to provide a copy of his or her birth certificate and sign liability and medical waivers.
