As entertaining as PMOs are in conversation, their application should be guided with caution. If a person feels something like joy or excitement arising from inclusion in something, it is appropriate to yell "PMO!" in affirmation of the speaker. When a friend mentions an exciting concert, for example, a valid response might be "PMO! You have to take me!" On the contrary, if someone is feeling a little annoyed, they can say "PMO!" such as: "That PMO!" Thereby, if you plan to use it, keep it in informal circles with friends; using it around stiff folks or those unfamiliar with the slang would be a little awkward.
