Dave's truck is stolen.
I don't know why exactly, but the Letterman/Carson "red truck" incident is one of my favorite moments in television history....

lol...doubt it...though i wonder if letterman still owns the truck? it is mentioned in his biography that he loaded up his "red truck" to move from indy to california back in the '70's....so i'm assuming that that is the same truck
